Sturdy steel frame with a cast iron cooking surface for durability. Holds up to The MBY All-Weather Test: steel frame against rain and rust, and a cast iron top that seasons rather than corrodes. Dry and oil the surface after cleaning and it stays ready.
Scrape the griddle while it is still warm, wipe it down, then dry it and re-oil the cast iron. A seasoned surface is what keeps cast iron from rusting.
