What does MBY stand for?
MBY is short for Maison Backyards. Both names refer to the same brand and the same products.
What does Maison Backyards sell?
Four families: outdoor furniture sets in aluminum and wicker for two to twelve people; propane fire pit tables from 37,000 to 55,000 BTU; outdoor cooking, meaning propane grills, a flat-top griddle, and vertical propane, electric, and pellet smokers; plus a heavy-duty outdoor dog kennel, a folding step ladder, and grill accessories.
Are the fire pit tables certified?
Yes. Maison Backyards propane fire pit tables are CSA-certified and ship with a tempered glass wind guard, a burner lid, and a waterproof cover. Outputs run 37,000, 45,000, 50,000, and 55,000 BTU depending on the model.
What materials does MBY furniture use?
Powder-coated cast aluminum (contains no iron, so it cannot rust), all-weather PE rattan wicker woven over rust-resistant steel frames, and powder-coated or E-coated steel. Cushions are made for outdoor use, from 4 to 7 inches thick depending on the piece.
What is the MBY All-Weather Test?
The MBY All-Weather Test is the five-point durability check Maison Backyards applies to every product before it is listed: frame material (rust-proof cast aluminum or powder-coated, rust-resistant steel), cushion fill and fabric rated for outdoor use, fastener spec, stated weight rating, and weather exposure covering sun, rain, and temperature swings. A piece that cannot pass all five checks does not get listed.
What is the shipping policy?

What is the return policy?

Do the products need assembly?
Most do. Furniture sets typically assemble in one to three hours and smokers and grills in 20 minutes to an hour, with hardware and instructions included. Step-by-step installation guides are published in the instructions section.
Are replacement parts available?
Yes, replacement parts are sold separately. Contact support with your order number and the part you need, and the team will identify the correct part for your product.
Is there a warranty?
Warranty coverage is described on the Warranty page, and customer service handles warranty review and replacement-part support directly.
