Overview

Maison Backyards provides outdoor furniture, fire pit sets, smokers, grills, replacement parts, and backyard essentials for residential outdoor living. By placing an order or using this site you agree to these terms. Product availability, pricing, promotions, specifications, imagery, and delivery details may change over time.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when we confirm it and charge payment. Payment is collected at checkout through Shopify's checkout and our payment processors — we never see or store full card numbers. We may cancel and refund an order when an item is unavailable, a price or listing error is found, or fraud checks fail; if that happens, you are notified and refunded in full.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice, but changes never apply to an order already confirmed. Occasional listing errors happen; where a price is clearly mistaken we may cancel the order and refund it rather than fulfill at the erroneous price. Promotions have the dates and conditions stated with the promotion.

Before ordering

• Review dimensions, materials, colors, and product descriptions.
• Confirm the product is appropriate for the intended outdoor space.
• Check delivery and assembly expectations for larger items.

Product information

We aim to present product information clearly, but outdoor products may have natural variation, display differences, assembly requirements, or carrier-specific delivery handling. Fire pits, smokers, and grills must be assembled, placed, and operated according to the included manual and local safety requirements.

Acceptable use

Use the site to browse and shop. Do not attempt to interfere with the store's operation, probe or breach its security, scrape it at scale, place fraudulent orders, or misrepresent who you are when ordering or contacting support.

Site content

The text, photography, and design of this site belong to Maison Backyards or its licensors. You may not reuse them commercially without permission. Product names are used to identify the products we sell.

Liability

The site is provided as-is; we work to keep listings accurate and the store available but cannot promise either is error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and does not allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, the updated version is posted here with a new date at the top. Orders are governed by the version posted when the order was placed.
