Maison Backyards provides trackable shipping for all orders. Most U.S. orders ship from our U.S. warehouse network and include tracking once the order has been processed.

Estimated Delivery Time
Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product availability, destination, carrier conditions, and holidays.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Once your order has shipped, tracking information is typically active within 2–3 business days.
Large Item Delivery
Patio furniture, smokers, fire pit tables, and other large items may ship in multiple boxes. Please check all tracking numbers and allow time for each box to arrive before contacting support.
Warehouse Shipping
Maison Backyards ships from U.S. East and U.S. West warehouse locations when inventory is available. The specific delivery time is subject to logistics and carrier routing.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note that Maison Backyards cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. A valid physical shipping address is required for delivery.
